INFIELD techniques covered include the proper READY POSITION, and the proper footwork to get from the ready position to the proper FIELDING POSITION FOR GROUND BALLS.  Softball Fielding DVDs teach how to get into position and BACK-HAND a ground ball. They also teach getting the PROPER ANGLE on the ball, as well as PROPER ALIGNMENT. They cover the importance of having SOFT HANDS and GOOD BALANCE, as well as the correct footwork to BREAKDOWN on the ball, and then get into the PROPER THROWING POSITION. We cover position specific topics like footwork at First Base. We also discuss how to defend against SLAP HITTERS.
