The HQ4Softball Catcher DVD is designed to teach players and coaches the FUNDAMENTALS of the catcher position. You will learn the correct SIGNAL STANCE, the RECEIVING STANCE for no runners on base, as well as with runners on base. You will learn the proper RECEIVING TECHNIQUES, like how to have SOFT HANDS, how to CATCH & HOLD, and making SUBTLE MOVEMENTS to center the ball. You will learn correct BLOCKING TECHNIQUES, like GETTING AROUND THE BALL to block everything toward the plate and how to SOFTEN YOUR BODY.

The HQ4 Softball Catcher DVD will also explain the PROPER THROWING MECHANICS for catchers, including 4 SEAM GRIP, correct FOOTWORK, and ARM POSITION. We also cover topics like PLAYS AT THE PLATE, POP UPS, and GAME MANAGEMENT.
